Mobzy Terms & Conditions

By using mobzy.pk, you agree to the following terms:

GENERAL
- Mobzy reserves the right to update product listings, prices, and policies without prior notice.
- All product images are for illustration; actual color/texture may vary slightly.

ORDERS
- Order confirmation is subject to product availability and successful payment/COD verification.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability.

PAYMENTS
- We accept Cash on Delivery and online payments through our secure payment gateway.

PRICING
- All prices are listed in PKR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All content on mobzy.pk, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Mobzy and may not be used without permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- Mobzy is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.

GOVERNING LAW
- These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
